Bravo 6 Solutions is a veteran-owned security company providing professional event security services across Virginia. We are actively hiring DCJS-licensed Unarmed Security Officers to support upcoming events in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Candidates must be able to meet applicable background, training, and credentialing requirements. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Pay & Schedule
$20–$25 per hour (based on experience and role)
Typical shifts range from 6–10 hours
Primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Opportunities for repeat assignments and steady event work
Responsibilities
Access control and entry point monitoring
Crowd management and visible security presence
Monitoring for safety concerns or suspicious activity
Providing customer-service-oriented security support
Coordinating with event staff and supervisors
Writing basic incident reports if required
Requirements:
Active Virginia DCJS Security Officer Registration (Required)
Reliable transportation to event locations
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Strong communication and professionalism
Availability for weekend and event-based scheduling
Preferred:
Prior event security experience
Military, law enforcement, or public safety background
Experience working in campus or festival environments
